Comfortable room, excellent mattress, with daily maid service ensuring our stay was always refreshing after exploring the city. the location was perfectly central, allowing easy access to nearby attractions just a short walk away from the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay with our special needs son's autism support dog. The cozy atmosphere made our family feel at home, and the guest lounge with free coffee was perfect for relaxing. We loved exploring the charming old town nearby, with its shops and restaurants.

The stay in the Standard Room with Two Queen Beds for 3 nights was exceptional. The delicious breakfast baskets with fresh pastries and fruit each morning were a highlight. The lounge with complimentary coffee and fruits was a pleasant touch, and the staff, particularly Paul and Pierrot, provided outstanding service and were always available to assist with a smile.

The lounge with cozy seating and a coffee station made it the perfect spot to unwind. There were fun board games to enjoy. Just a heads up, the check-in can be a bit tricky for those driving, so plan to park first to make it easier. 😊

The location is prime, with the Old City just outside your door, making it super easy to explore on foot. Each morning, a unique breakfast basket is delivered, featuring cold but tasty items like croissants and juice.

Some rooms feel cramped. for instance, only one window in our Superior King Room kept it dark and cave-like. The small bathroom layout hampers convenience when there are two people needing to freshen up. Also, breakfast isn't included if booked through certain channels, which feels misleading after hearing good things about it. Additionally, the shower pressure was disappointing, making it a struggle to rinse through long hair. The pillows left something to be desired.

The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of Old Quebec, allowing us to easily explore the city's charm. Our Small Queen Room was cozy and well-equipped with modern amenities, and we loved the breakfast basket filled with fresh pastries delivered each morning. The only improvement could be clearer signage for unloading in front of the hotel.
